Festival de Forró Do Rosa 2024

Forró on the Beach: Free entry from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM on April 13th

Location: Mar Del Rosa / Praia do Rosa, Santa Catarina, Brazil

Purchase a festival pass and enjoy two days of dancing at Mar Del Rosa, plus forró on the beach.

TRANSPORTATION

We've partnered with Rosa Tur, a reputable transportation company, offering roundtrip transportation to and from each event for only R$20 (R$10 for one way, R$10 for the return trip), with pre-established schedules:

DANCE EVENT

Departure: 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM

Return: 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM

BEACH EVENT

Departure: 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM

Return: 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM

AFTER PARTY - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (likely on the beach)

FESTIVAL PASS:

On the first night of the dance event, you will receive a fabric wristband with a seal that should not be removed in order to access the second night of the event.

INDIVIDUAL TICKET

Upon entry to the dance event, you will receive a wristband that can only be removed when leaving the premises.

Important Information:

Venue Hours:

On April 12th and 13th, 2024, the venue will be open from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. We have partnered with Marguerita Restaurant, located in front of the dance event venue, and you will be allowed to come and go as long as you have the event wristband.

Entry and Exit during the Event:

Exiting and re-entering the dance event venue on the same night is not permitted. These are venue policies and safety measures for everyone's well-being!

We kindly ask you to plan accordingly and be ready for nine hours of non-stop dancing! You can bring a backpack with a change of clothes inside the venue. We also allow you to bring beach chairs or camping equipment.

The event organizers are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal belongings.

- Bringing in Drinks or Food: For your safety and the safety of all attendees, bringing in drinks and food is not allowed, as we cannot control the content. By purchasing any type of ticket, you agree to these terms.

- Other Restrictions: Weapons, boxes, fireworks, glass, plastic and/or metal objects, sharp and/or blunt objects, or any kind of drugs are not allowed at the event.

- Refund Policy: In case of ticket refund requests, refunds will only be issued if the request is made within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase and no later than 48 (forty-eight) hours before the start of the event. The refund request must be made by the ticket holder via email at festivaldeforrodorosa@gmail.com.

- Convenience Fee: The ticketing platform, Sympla, charges a 10% convenience fee. You can purchase your ticket directly via PIX at festivaldeforrodorosa@gmail.com to avoid these fees. Contact the production team at 51 994211532 for more information.

Participant Edits:

You can edit the participant's name on a ticket only once. This option will be available until 24 hours before the event starts.
