The 2023 edition of Alegria do Norte is a vibrant dance festival dedicated to celebrating Brazilian culture, specifically Forró, a lively dance and music style originating from the North-East of Brazil.

Over the course of three nights and two days, attendees will have the incredible opportunity to immerse themselves in the enchanting world of Forró. Enjoy captivating live music performances and groove to the beats of fantastic Forró DJs. Engage in energetic dance workshops led by both local and international artists and teachers, honing your skills and expanding your dance repertoire.

In addition to embracing the exhilarating rhythms of Brazil, Alegria do Norte will also embrace the peak of beautiful Swedish summer. Immerse yourself in a perfect fusion of our favorite Brazilian tunes, cozy dance sessions (according to our opinion), delightful company, warm embraces, contagious laughter, and the chance to make new friendships while cherishing quality time with old ones.
