Beginners course

In this course you will learn the fundamentals of forró in both dance roles, leading and following. After getting acquainted with the basics (i.e., close embrace, basic steps, opening, simple turns), we will focus on different movements in the close embrace (e.g., pião, facão, caminhada).

Improvers course

In this course we will teach you different steps in the close embrace, many of them dedicated to the "roots style" of forró (e.g., giro paulista, itaúnas invertido). You will learn these steps in both dance roles, leading and following.
